Where we describe a feature as "Unlimited" or "Unlimited Personal Use" (for example, OEM Intel on Chief Engineer and Pass Guarantee plans), we mean use by a single individual for personal exam preparation. The service is intended for one user per account.
Usage that exceeds normal individual patterns (for example, hundreds of queries per day or thousands per month) may result in temporary throttling or account review. We may apply high internal thresholds to ensure fair use and service quality for all users.
For OEM Intel on plans marketed as unlimited, we may apply soft caps (for example, 50 queries per day and 1,000 per month) to prevent abuse and group sharing. These thresholds are set well above typical individual use and may be adjusted with notice where required.
Certain plans (including Self Starter, Chief Engineer, and Pass Guarantee) are limited to one active session at a time. If you log in from another device or browser, your previous session will be ended. This helps ensure that each account is used by a single person.
This Fair Usage Policy is part of and subject to our Terms and Conditions. We may update this policy from time to time; continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
