MeoMock offers subscription-based services for MEO Orals examination preparation. This Refund Policy outlines
the terms and conditions for refunds.
2. Subscription Plans
We offer the following subscription plans:
- Cadet Plan: Free - No payment required
- 4th Engineer Plan: Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual subscriptions
- Chief Engineer Plan: Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual subscriptions
- Pass Guarantee Plan: Monthly, 6-Month, or Annual subscriptions
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases (non-recurring subscriptions):
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
- Refunds are processed if the Service has not been substantially used
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
3.2 Recurring Subscriptions
For monthly, 6-month, or annual subscriptions:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- No refunds are provided for the current billing period
- You will continue to have access until the end of the paid period
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Used credits (minutes) for voice interviews
- Completed exam sessions
- Downloaded reports or transcripts
- Partial subscription periods
- Subscription renewals (if not cancelled before renewal)
5. Refund Process
5.1 How to Request a Refund
- Contact our support team at support@meomock.com
- Include your account email and order/payment ID
- Provide reason for refund request
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
5.2 Refund Processing
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- You will receive email confirmation once processed
- Bank processing times may vary (typically 3-5 additional days)
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing Service use:
- Contact support immediately
- We will attempt to resolve the issue
- If unresolved, a refund or credit extension may be provided
6.2 Duplicate Charges
If you are charged twice for the same subscription:
- Contact support with payment details
- We will investigate and refund duplicate charges
- Refunds processed within 2-3 business days
6.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If you notice unauthorized charges:
- Contact support immediately
- We will investigate and take appropriate action
- You may also contact your bank or payment provider
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Subscription in your account
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- No refunds for the current period
- Automatic renewals will stop
8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will investigate the chargeback
- Please contact us first to resolve issues before initiating chargebacks
9. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- UPI: 3-5 business days
- Netbanking: 5-7 business days
- Wallets: 2-3 business days
